Terms of Service

1. Area of Application

Ordering is quite simple - it's based on trust. You may place your orders on our homepage: www.collection-inner-light.com
All deliveries or services executed by Synergia Auslieferung GmbH HRB: 94994 on behalf of Collection Inner Light, Marke der Sentovision GmbH/S.A.R.L., Chemin des cras 5, CH-2942 Alle, are performed according to our Terms and Conditions. These terms will be applied for all orders of our customers - resellers excluded.

2. General Information

We keep all your personal data strictly confident and treat them according to the respective applicable laws. Please note that you have to be at least 18 years old to place an order. We also advice you that necklaces are not included with the pendants. Please order them separately.

Shipment: We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. Usually, we send within one to three working days.

Compensation of Damages: You are only eligible to a refund instead of service, if we or one of our coworkers have acted intentionally bad or grossly negligent and you have already asked us for services to be performed in appropriate time.

Cancellation: You may return any items ordered up to two weeks after delivery. The items have to be in the same condition as they were delivered. Please study section 7 of these Terms if you should plan to cancel an order and return the shipment.

3. Shipment and Payment

Terms of Delivery

We rely on DHL or DPD (for Austria, Poland and the Benelux-countries) for our shipments, respectively. We reserve the right to choose another carrier. Postage for deliveries to european countries outside of Germany is 15,00 EUR. We accept payments in advance and via Paypal for orders outside of Germany. All risks of damage, loss, theft or even destruction aere transferred to you, once the shipment leaves our warehouse. We do not compensate any of these damages. Your understanding that there are factors beyond our sphere of influence (force majeure), which may harmfully influence shipment, is taken for granted. These include, but do not solely consist of: war, strike, catastrophes, public uprising. We reserve the right to repeat or retry shipment within three months of cessation of the impediment.

Partial Delivery: We reserve the right to do partial deliveries. Any partial shipments (excluding the first) will be free of postage.

Terms of Payment: We deliver by direct debit, Pay-Pal, prepayment or cash on delivery (surcharge applies). Swiss customers can pay conveniently into our Kantonalbank account.

Detailed Information

a) Direct Debit (only possible within Germany!)

You issue us with a direct debit authorization with simultaneous disclosure of your bank details. An objection to this measure can be lodged with your bank within 4 weeks. Your direct debit authorization relates exclusively to the given order and we do not store your account details! We will submit the direct debit immediately and ship immediately or as soon as all the titles in your order have been collected (usually the following day). For chargebacks for which we are not responsible (insufficient funds, etc.), we will charge you a chargeback fee of 6 euros plus a processing fee of 5 euros for our increased workload. We would like to point out that we do not accept objections to the direct debit as a way of withdrawing from the purchase.

b) Bank Transfer

When paying via bank transfer, we kindly ask you to wait for the receipt of the official invoice. Please do not start any bank transfer based on the automatically generated email you receive as a confirmation of your order.

c) Cheque in Advance

It is possible to pay in advance by mailing a cheque. Please wait for a personalized confirmation of your order or an invoice before sending the cheque. We will ship your order after cashing the cheque.

The relevant prices are the prices on the day of the order. Usually, they are matching those prices displayed in our online shop and the current catalogue.All prices are in EUR, they are gross values including VAT.

6. Reservation of Proprietary Rights

We only ship on the base of conditional sales. The goods remain property of the supplier until fully paid. We reserve the right to withdraw from a contract, if the customer is unable to pay the invoice in full. In that case, the items purchased have to be returned to the supplier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

We grant you a right to withdrawal from the contract according to §§ 355 to 359 BGB. You have a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract and return the items purchased, beginning on the day of delivery. Please inform us about your intention to withdraw in written form or by a telephone call. According to EU-legislation for protection of the customer, the supplier has to pay the postage for return only if the customer received the wrong item. If you want to return any items for different reasons, risk and expenses for the shipment are transferred to you. Please be advised that we have to ask for compensation if the jewelry was put to use, damaged or suffered otherwise.

8. Final Provisions

By placing an order you approve the aforementioned terms and conditions and allow us to save and use (for processing your order) any data given to us on the order form. You agree to a contract according to German law. UN-Buyers Rights are not applicable here. Should any clause of this agreement be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
